Wow. I knew I was dehydrated from working out in the yard all morning and into the afternoon, but I can't believe how high my HR was. I am definitely not acclimated to the heat. Need to do a bunch more of these before R2C. I think we all do.
My knee felt fine during the run and afterwards too, but then I jumped in the pool (first time of the season, yay!) and when I did a breastroke kick, it would hurt my knee. Flutter kick was fine. This felt familiar like I had done this before. I plan to go easy again this week and then slowly increase miles over the next few weeks after back to the 50s.
