Alright! That was quite nice. Intervals are the hardest kind of workout in my opinion, and repeat miles are the toughest. I did exactly what I wanted today. Took the first mile a bit slower as a warmup and then hammered the other 3 in under 7 minute pace, each one faster than the last. I was pushing pretty hard, but I would definitely say this was close to what I think is my current 5k pace if not a bit slower. Definitely happy today. The one negative is when I got home and got on the scale and was 163.5. I really need to commit to losing a few pounds now. Enough messing around.
