Recovery run after yesterday's half. I had a lot of Kung Pao chicken for lunch at a different Chinese place, because I refused to believe that this was an issue with Chinese food or MSG. I'm now thinking something else was going on that day I had the weird reaction. Anyhow, this was the usual afternoon bleh and a bit sore after yesterday's race but not awful.

What is amazing is my weight fluctuation. I was 162 after yesterday's half and even though I did run 13 miles and sweat a bunch, I also drank plenty and ate a lot after the race. Seeing 167 this afternoon was a bit of a shock but I'm not too upset. I did binge a bit after the race yesterday but overall I was still down over 1700 calories for last week, which is pretty much what I wanted since I did not diet for the 2 days leading up and actually ate a bit more.
