Notes

Beautiful outside today. Almost completely on the tow path and running only on feel. I just listened for the beeps do gauge my distance but never looked at my watch to see my HR or pace. I knew I was going a bit faster at the beginning so then at the end I just picked it up a bit and kept increasing the pace to til the end. I would definitely count it as a quality day which is not what I was intending for this week, but it's alright, assuming of course I don't get injured :)

Wow! Way to log a nice 12+ mile run to bring your week up over 40 miles! You are truly an inspiration man, you are killing it out there. I love how miles 11 and 12 were your quickest. You are a beast! In addition, you are likely much quicker than Jake Gyllenhaal.

Thanks, man! There's something that feels really good about finishing a run with the last miles being the fastest.

Nicely done Speedy Gonzalez! So much for keeping the pace and heart rate down, you were trucking' at the end there. I need to get one of those GPS watches so I can download intervals, that's nice.

Thanks, Andy! Yeah I decided to start adding some faster workouts into the mix. I'm trying to go for it in the November 5k so I'm trying to add speed. Tomorrow I'm looking to do a set of mile intervals.
