Notes
Hmmm. not sure what to make of this one. I felt totally fine, but I had to keep bumping the speed down because my HR was much higher today compared to the other days on the treadmill this week. I'm thinking of a few possibilities here:
1. My treadmill isn't off in a consistent way, so that it sometimes is off more than other times. So today it was going even faster than normal.
2. I have been operating on a calorie deficit for the last few days and its finally adding up.
3. Didn't get enough sleep / Maybe coming down with a cold
4. Some combination of the three above.
Not really worried at this point, but I should keep track of it. Running outside will certainly eliminate the 1st issue. Other than all that, I'm feeling good.
