It was actually pretty awful outside. Very windy and the air was full of crap flying around to the point that I was having coughing fits the whole second half of my run. I only sped up the last mile so I could just get over with. Stupid Spring. Legs are good though despite having weird random calf twinges going down stairs. Should I be worried about this? I don't know.
