Pretty simple workout, nothing planned out today as i didnt know how i would feel. Mentally i was okay but i ould tell my body was still very fatigued from the ride this morning as light weights felt hard and reps was tough. The main issue is i barely even got in a lunch before this because i ate breakfast so late in the afternoon. Muscles were really lacking any energy to be honest. so i knew i had to keep it on the short side tonight.
