This was a surprising run to say the least. I felt heavy and was dealing with the pain in hamstring a bit but it was not as bad as it has been recently so i tried to continue going. It was rough though. 8:20, 8:12, 7:58, 7:59, 7:52, 7:52, 7:48, 7:38, 7:43, 7:46.
I was surpriused looking at the splits now as i didnt focus on it much when i was running. I wish my hip/glute on my right side would heal finally.
