Notes
this run was pretty rough for the most part. My body and legs just felt flat, heavy and really stiff. Usually i loosen up within the first half mile but i dont think i ever really loosened up today. Everything was a grind and i ran around the normal Lenah Mill neighborhood. The miles were slow but thankfully i was able to run sub 8 minute miles from mile 6 on. Before that i was runnin like a turtle.
