I was pretty stiff and sore this morning in my groin area. My adductor was still giving me some issues. I still tried to run. I have to be cautious and started off extremely slow at around 9:45 pace and it took me till mile 0.5 till i was running 7:36 pace.I kept it casual and relaxed today. I didnt want to press it and chance hurting myself.
