I tried to run again after my bike ride. the legs were a bit letharigc but that was the least of my worries. When i first started the treadmill i was jogging like 10 min pace and then tried to gradually pick it up as i loosened up. It was not as bad as when i first tried it this morning so i gave it a go and stayed on. I was able to start getting fast and by the seond mile was running like 8.3 mph again. So i think i need to find a way to heat and warm up my adductors.
