Notes
This run was okay considering how sore and beat up i was. I went out and hit the roads for some easy miles. I wen a little further than i as expecting to. The miles started slow like every other day and gradually picked up. I started running out east on the WO&D trail towards sterling Blvd and took a right and went behind an industrial area in the middle of nowhere.
