1tonight i was feeling tired but i decided to make it to the gym and give it my best attempt. I did some chest and arms today. I didnt go too hard with volume and just tried getting a variety in. I felt okay when i started lifting, nothing special though. Glad i did get in there as it had been so long since i have lifted.
