Notes
The run was a bit rough. The weather was super humid and it was sprinkling when i started and then was full on raining by mile 6. My clothes and shoes were so soaked. It was tough to run and made my legs feel extra heavy. The run was brutal, for once i wasnt struggling because of the heat but because my legs were just fried. Lots of miles this week on pavement.
