Last night Jhonny bailed on me bc his back so i went and hit the weights solo. Has a solid arm workout. Felt pretty vascular. Got a decent pump. Tried focusing on doing moderate weight with at least 15-20 reps per set. Aslo tried to minimize the rest times. Did a good amount of volume on my biceps, triceps, and even some shoulder exercises. The gym was pretty empty since it was Friday night so i didnt have to wait on any DB or equipment.
