Notes
This run was rough as i was so beat up and fatigued just like every other day has been. Its been mentally rough being so destroyed. This run started out the same with a slow 8:36 mile in the neighborhood. The miles did pick up even being soaked in the rain. The next mile was 8:06 and then the rest were sub 8. They were not enjoyable as my legs felt like they were falling apart with every step. Last mile was 7:15
