This was a solid ride considering i was riding in the cold. my feet even went numb which think was from shoes being tight. The pace was surprising as i didnt keep an eye on pace at all. I was just out on the deck riding and listening to music. Never even had the app up to look at the miles or pace but went off how i was feeling to ensure i am recovering.
