Legs were dead and beat to crap as i was stil having pain in my left leg. My achilles and right side of my calf is in bad condition. I still went out and tried to get some miles in and really made it further than i expected and honestly i pushed it farther than i should have because i was severely dehydrated and was fatiguing badly.
