this was solid lift tonight. My muscles were tired from the run earlier and the dehydration but mentally i was okay enough to go in and get some strength training in. Focused on upper body and hit a variety of muscles and really went from exercise to exercise. Didnt take much of a rest at all. I aslso wanted to check out the community center in South Riding. Tjhey did have some machines that were a little different than im use to and wasnt a huge fan of.
