Tonight i ended up hitting the gym, which was surprising as i had a feeling i was going to skip it. I did make it to Planet Fitness and actually had a solid workout. I ended up hitting a variety of muscles and it was more of a total upper body day where i hit chest, back, shoulders. I basically hit everything except arms. I did around 4-7 sets on each exercise and didnt log the workout but will lis some exercises off the top of my head. I felt a decent pump which was nice.
