Just as yesterday, i woke up extremely sore and my hamstring and calf/achilles ached a ton. I still made it out the door to run. I went and ran down the WO&D trail towards Ashburn where i did my loop in the Smithswitch neighborhood before returning back to the house. The miles were SLOW! I just tried to not make the issues any worse and just relax.
