Notes
I was pretty damn sore this mornign from the extensive drinking and running i have been doing. I till went out and decided to try running which to my surprise was still decent. the weather was extremely humid which is okay but the wind was 26 mph again. It made the run very very tough at time but i still enjoyed it. It was nice to be able to go outsie and get some mileage in. I still can believe that i have been able to run these last few days. Its been a miracle.
