Notes
Tonight i was slightly tired but i took a little pre-workout and had a decent lift. I felt bloated when i went into the gym but it didn't bother me at all. I got some good body weight exercises and machines in. I even got tanning in afterward. Got home close to 10:30 pm tonight. Tonight i hit mainly chest and back. I didn't write any of my exercises down and just went with the flow. Overall, it was a surprisingly decent lift. Glad i went. Not bad considering i ran my longest run on prob 2 years this morning.
