This run was not too bad. I know i needed to start running longer at least a couple times a week to incorporate somewhat of a secondary and longrun. I felt decent even though i woke up with a stomach ache. I have had a stomach ache/bloating for the last couple days. It hasnt affected my running but i have noticed it. The pace started off easy and i just gradually increased the pace like normal. I added two miles onto the normal 8. I didnt go crazy with the pace today as i didnt know how i would feel towards the end.
