Notes
Today I was tired as it was such a long day. I ended up going and hitting biceps/trips/arms in general. I had a good workout and really punished the arms. I did several sets of pull-ups and even through some out there in the middle of the sets. I did different exercises with dumbbell and machines focusing on the biceps and triceps. I did about 10 reps per set and was increasing the weights. I did a lot of volume throughout and was probably doing around 6 or so sets per exercise/machine.
