Notes
It was a windy, snowy and freezing morning run outside. The roads had a solid inch out there and it was still coming down heavily. The roads were not slippery so much as I expected them to be. I also didn't expect it to be snowing at all. The run was decent considering the fact that there was snow. I started off around 8 min pace and then got down to lower 7's. Only one mile was sub and it was the last one going up hill.
