I was really rushing on time and didn't take a pre-workout and did not want to get to deep into a workout since they close in less than an hour. So I did some chest and legs. I just wanted to hit a few muscles and get a little sweat going. I started off with my normal sets of pullups and dips. Then did some seated row and lat pulldowns. For legs I did calf extensions, quad and then some hamstringd lifts.I went light on the legs since I have done a lot of biking and running this week and I was beat up and I am trying to minimize the damage on my groin and legs.
