Notes
This morning was a bit rough. My legs were beat and tired. I ran quicker than normal which was nice but i am noticing my legs may be dead due to insufficient carb storage. I am able to tell pretty quickly during my run when my legs just burned through all the storage as they get super heavy within seconds. I will work on increasing my carb intake slowly to try to get the old feeling of running again. i really want to be fast again like befofe.
