Notes

Tonight i wasn't feeling too energized as i didnt fuel enough after my run this morning, but i had to make it in the gym. I felt i had decent vascularity but nothing super special. I have been trying to focus on getting more past paced lifting in with less rest and more reps. I hope this lifting will help my running and prepare me for a fast spring running season. I want to return and perform better than ever before.
