90% humidity and pretty mild temps. The run ws sluggish and legs were destroyed I believe from this past weekend. They just felt lifeless and tired. It was sprinkling throughtout the runa dnliterally once I got inside it started down pouring. I am glad I beat that. I started slow and finished about the same. Started at 8 min and finished lower 7's
