I did arms today.It was tough as the gym as freaking packed. I tried to get the most out of it. I did a set of pullups to wam up. Did a lot of sets of curls, and tricep exercises. The gym was crazy busy so getting even dummbbells was tough.Got a decent pump and a good arm workout. Did a few min of stretching afterward.
