Notes
This run went better than i expected since i was sore as crap yesterday with a good amount of pain in my right ankle. This morning the weather was a little cooler and humidity was at 75% compared to 95%, so that made it easier too. The pace was slow the first couple miles as my legs loosened up but the overall was solid so i did pick it up and actually ran a few sub 7 minute miles. haha This run felt better tahn yesterday by far which really might come down to the weather being cooler.
