Notes

I was tired and fatigued all day for some reason. I ate a bunch of junk and took a small extra pre-workout/bcaa, which only had 100mg of caffeine. That helped me get into the gym and i even got a decent pump. I started writing dowqn the exercises but that soon stopped as i just focused more on the weights and getting some lifting in. Overall, i was happy with what i got done
