Notes
Today was a cold and breezy morning run. It started off westward on the WO&D trail towards Ashburn. I ran aroun the neighborhood next to Smithswitch. The miles were decent. They started off slow and gradually got faster.Coming back up that last hill over the 28 overpass sucked though. I am happy to see my paces have gotten faster recently though. It gives me hope I can be I shape again.
