This lift was done just bc I wanted t keep a groove of going in to the gym. I didn't have a mission so to speak but I felt better once I was lifting. The lift was decent and my chest was fried still from the other day. I played around with doing ISO lifts on some of the machines, soonly lifting with one arm at a time. I felt I got better pump.
