Notes

Tonight was a solid session. It was slammed in the gym but i said screw it and blasted arms pretty hard. I did throw in some shoulder exercises with dumbbells like lat/front raises. I had a decent pump considering how depleted and dehydrated i still was from my run this morning.

Did a little stretching afterward on my legs to loosen them up some.
