Notes
This run was tough. I was a bit sore but the real challenge was the weather. the heat was over 80 degrees already with 95% humidity. felt the affects of it very early on. It was a real battle about halfway into the run but thankfully i found a water fountain. Even with those, it was a challenge as i began overheating and dry heaving from heat exhaustion. I felt a million times better when i got home and was sitting in a bathtub filled with cold water. ha
