I was super sore and tired this morning. My muscles were definitely feeling fatigued and lacking energy. I managed to somehow put together 7 miles. I did have to stop at mile 5 to get some water as i was super dehydrated. I went to Elite wellness to tonight to get the leg compression and vibration massage on my legs as they were jacked up. I was super sore....like extremely sore and my calves were knotted up.
