Tonight i was struggling but still made it into the gym. I def was tired and sore but figured i needed this to clear my mind some. I focuses mainly on chest with some shoulder and back movements as well. Overall, i was tired and i could feel it in my lifts.I can tell my chest has definitely lost some strength as benching used to be alot easier
