Notes
This was another rough and brutal run. My legs and feet were feeting destroyed when i started. I wasnt sure i would make it more than a mile. Again though, i just pushed forward and kept trucking. The pace was slow and i was feeling the heat and humidity heavily today. I was honesty struggling with the heat by mile 3. There wasnt much in the way of shade and i tried my best to stay off the concrete if possible, but with running through neighborhoods, trails and or paths that weren't concrete or blacktop wasnt an option. I probably stopped at least 7 times to regain composure as i was battle heat exhaustion. I stopped at least 3 times just in the last mile as i could barely keep going without toppling over.
