Notes
This run was tough,... The weather was crazy hot and humid at 10 am already. The run started off rough as i wasnt feeling it and man it got even harder. The weather really was tough and took a toll on me. 8:25 was the first mile and thankfully it got a little faster. Nothing fast though. I think the fastest mile was in the 7:30's. PRetty rough run to say the least. This run hurt, thankfully i was able to pick up some water at the fountain by the dog park.
