Notes
This run was a bit different. First i was pretty sore but i still went out there to run around Aldie. The weather was actually chilly with 15-20mph winds and it only being 64 degrees when i started. So when i started sweating it got a bit chilly for a bit. Otherwise, the weather was easier to run in since it wasnt 90 degrees and 95% humidity like normal. That being said, i did have to stop a few times because my legs were so dead and i was dehydrated still even though it didnt feel like i was sweating anywhere near as much as normal.
