Tonight i was a bit sore and tired from the race but i layed around most the day so i went into the gym and got it in before heading back out to Gainesville. I hit some chest, back, and a little shoulders. I am doing more full body workouts now that i am not going into the gym on a daily basis. I want to become more well-rounded and build a body better for running and not just for aesthetics. I even got in the tanning tonight after lifting. the exercises lifted was pretty much what i did. I tried to get around 4-6 sets. Got a decent pump in for not taking any pump.
