I was sore as heck from yesterday. I did go out and hit the roads since the trails were extremely muddy. The miles were solid and i started feeling the mileage at the end. I did feel a weird pain in my back/lat muscle as it siezed up around mile 4. I just kept going and tried staying relaxed
