I was definitely feeling the hot weather from the start. My legs were dead already from the mileage this week but i still went out with the goal to get in around 8 miles or so and somehow managed more. The weather didn't make it easy at all/ I was struggling to be honest. It was brutal. I managed to push through the pain and dehydration.
The first couple miles were slower but i did manage some solid miles in even with the soak 5lb shoes.
