I had some dead legs this morning from all the mileage this week. I was aiming for maybe 8 miles this morning, byt to my surprise i went way further. I ran around the Lenah Mills neighborhood. It was great to get a few miles in on some gravel and off the roads. It was a hot one and didnt get to a water fountain until mile 10.5 in Willowsford. Thank the Lord that is there or i would have died.
