Notes
The humidity was brutal this morning and man i was sweating heavily. I was sweating by the first quarter mile. The pace was solid and i felt decent today but really was fatiguing after like mile 7 from dehydration. The first cpouple miles was slower around 8 minutes but it did gradually get better and mile 11/12 were sub 7.
