This run was tough as my legs were smashed. The weather was a bit nasty as it was raining and 100% humidity. The sweat fest was insane and my legs were so dead it wasnt funny. Last 2 miles were sub 7 which was surprising. It looks like my runs are gradually getting faster overall. Hopefully, my testosterone levels go back to normal soon.
