Notes
This run started off easy as i was sore and stiff in my left glute. I know some of this is due to being sick the last few days. The run started at 8.2 mph and slowly picked up. I tried to just stay relaxed the whole time.I gradually increased the pace and the last couple miles were probably around 6:50 and the last mile being around low 6's as i was trying to break 56. haha
