I havent been in the gym for some time since i have been feeling ill. I decided tonight i was going to make it in there and try to get some stuff done. I didnt feel quite as bad as i expected and had a solid small session. It was really unorganized and just some exercises thrown together. This was just a little something to get myself motivated again and to overcome just sitting around.
